Using felt blocking, I created this lined bowler hat for the character of the Wizard from the Wizard of Oz. I decorated this hat with a dyed arrowhead feather, to represent the yellow brick road, a dyed green feather to represent the emerald city and an ostrich feather to resemble the tornado, from the story.
